During a period of 8 weeks you will learn the most beneficial information that I give my Nutrition Clients. I charge $100/hr for Nutrition Coaching. If you were a studio client, 8 weeks of Coaching would cost you $800.00. The value of this plan is unbelievable!
The knowledge that has gone into my plans is 20 years of my research.
I put every client through this plan before starting meal prepping and regular exercise. If you don’t crawl before you walk, you will fail! If you want to work out during this plan before week 8, which is the week we start exercising, you may.

It’s kind of like a Dr. Did he or she just become a Dr. overnight? No, they started from the bottom and educated their way to the top. Health and Fitness is the same. This is why people fail.
